     The hydraulic coordinate and penetrative punch press (CNC) is intended for sheet metal bending black steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, and sheets from copper, aluminium, galvanized sheets, etc. We carry out a high-precision bending of metal using a hydraulic coordinate and penetrative press. It involves a various set of punches and matrixes intended for the performance of difficult and individual works. There is an opportunity to carry out corners with a bend from 30 to 180 degrees including a radius bend.

Features of metal bending

Metal bending allows producing various metal products used in the industry and life. The CNC sheet metal bending is widely applied in the production of various metal corners, channels, parts, various metalwork including non-standard metalwork, especially in the production of metal parts of a high precision. Metal bending of various degree of complexity is performed using previously cut out parts. The greatest possible length of a bend is 3000 mm. Thus thickness of the sheet used in sheet metal bending can vary from 0,5 mm to 10 mm.


The most modern and reliable way of bending is considered to be when using CNC bending machinery. Prior to process the necessary sizes are set up electronically that allows to achieve demanded accuracy of manufactured parts using a minimum amount of effort. Machines can be used in manufacturing small-scale and medium- scale batches. Programmable machines can carry out difficult spatial bending according to the customers’ drawings and given sizes.
It is sometimes more preferable than welding of metal. After all, welding allows the corrosion processes to occur in the place of a joint. However, by the means of bending it is possible to manufacture decorative and functional home decoration and the parts of exterior, and series of manufactured products such as a channel, bent parts, trays, regiments, racks, metal cases, metal boxes, arms and various non-standard products.

     Steel wire is  a lengthy metal product with the round section of various diameters. There are some types of wires; light, black, polished, grounded. Also during the creation of a wire the following sometimes occur: preparation, normalization, annealing.

     The spring wire is used in mechanical engineering industry in the production of pins, axes and springs. Depending on the brand of steel of which the wire is made, the production of spring can be carried out using the heat or the cold. The wire heats up before it is placed on a mandrel. However, once it is placed and cutting is done it is exposed to procedure of a hardening again. In the production of pins and axes due to the processing of wires on the metal-cutting equipment, at first the release of steel carried out. The need for a further hardening or other heat treatment is determined by the purpose of the finished products.

     In certain cases the wire is released without heat treatment. In this case the whole cycle of thermal operation is carried out with the already finished wire products. Before shipping the product to the consumer, it is covered with the conservation oil to prevent corrosion – the oxidation under the influence of atmospheric oxygen. The forms of delivery of a wire spring are coils, bays or hanks. At the enterprise the coils are hermetically wrapped in a polymeric foil, and all bays and hanks are wrapped into the water-proof paper.

    Recently, the decorative qualities which the spring wire has, and the ease of the application of such  to the finished products, were noticed by designers and manufacturers. The spring wire possessing the increased accuracy, and, in particular calibrated, is often used for the creation of interior elements not only in trade rooms and offices, but also in living rooms. Such wire is also used by the manufacturers of furniture to design their own production.
